One small ripple in the water can create a cascade of change. Let Yoga be that positive ripple in the water.

Trang Huynh first sought out Yoga to help with her low-back problems, but this quickly blossomed into a beautiful passion. Yoga has been her rock throughout the years, her un-changing haven that has helped her find her inner-self, her true voice.

Trang is a YTRx-500 certified Yoga therapist. She received her M.A. in Yoga Studies at Loyola Marymount University and completed her yoga therapy training through LMU's Yoga Therapy Rx program. She completed her 200-RYT teacher training with Frog Lotus Yoga International and then went on to receive her certificate in Advanced Yoga Therapy Rx through LMU's Yoga Therapy Program.

In addition, Trang has been practicing mindfulness under the traditions of Thich Nhat Hanh, receiving her 5 Mindfulness Training at The Institute of Applied Buddhism.

She is on the board of directors for Youth Yoga, in charge of partnerships and curriculum. Youth Yoga is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering and inspiring teens by giving them yoga exercises and meditation tools from which they will grow into confident adults and successful members of our society.

Additional training includes: Wee Yogis Youth Yoga teacher training with Jocelyn Kay Levy, Prison Yoga Project's 14-hour training with James Fox, and the Veteran Yoga Project's Mindfulness Resilience Training with Dr. Dan Libby.
